The Neighborhood Learning Center at the Riverfront Branch offers tutoring in conversational English and/or basic reading. The Neighborhood Learning Center staff enroll prospective students and tutors in the program and provide appropriate referrals. This is a joint project of the Library and Literacy Volunteers of Westchester County.
