Hey Everyone!
If you are interested in buying a car, the Talking Cars with Consumer Reports podcast may be a great resource. The podcast is similar to Consumer Reports magazine, except it is in audio/video format. The Talking Cars hosts are automotive experts, and each episode is dedicated to a car review or an automobile-related discussion. Episode topics cover attending auto shows during the pandemic, self-driving car software, and the best used cars for teenagers. There are also episodes dedicated to answering listener questions. The final episode of 2020 covered this year’s top ten cars.
The December 18 episode was a review of the specifications and features of the BMW 4 Series M440i xDrive Coupe. The hosts drive the car, so you are able to hear how the car handles on the road. Their analysis covered information that consumers would find helpful to know about before purchasing. The hosts’ discussion of test-driving a car during the pandemic was enlightening.
The Consumer Reports Talking Cars podcast can be found on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iTunes, and YouTube. The video version of the podcast can also be viewed on their website. The 286 episodes are available to watch and/or listen to for free. The complete list of reviews is located on the podcast’s archives page or through Apple Podcasts/Spotify. New episodes are uploaded every Friday.
