Yonkers and the 2020 Census – April 22nd Update

Every Wednesday is Census Day at Yonkers Public Library!

With data collected through Monday, 4/20, an estimated 42.7% of Yonkers households have completed their 2020 Census questionnaires. That’s lower than the rate for the New York State (45.2%) and nation (51.0%). We need to improve that rate for Yonkers to receive its fair share of federal funding and political representation!

If you haven’t already, fill out your form at my2020census.gov. You now have until October 31st to complete your census questionnaire, but don’t wait!
