Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Join local author Nisha Thayil Manglani as she reads from her book, "Anara's Melodic Trail" a musically inspired children’s poem story that takes young readers on a captivating journey. Through vibrant illustrations and heartfelt verses, the book follows a young girl leading her mom on an imaginative and colorful trail, showcasing the places where music comes alive.

No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.
