Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Program Description

Event Details

Create a dynamic Fall Apple Basket still-life using different color pastel techniques while sipping on juice.  Explore and learn about apples representing different elements using art techniques and principles of design. 

Art Inspires Wellness supports visual art enrichment in communities through innovative, engaging instruction via problem based learning art projects. These learning experiences reduce and eliminate barriers and allow diverse learners to bring out their inner artist, which brings wellness and peace to the soul.
