Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

Children in PreK-3 through 2nd Grade are invited to participate in this fun Bear & A Book Program.

Come hear Peyton and Lauren read a book to their own bears, Candy Bear & Sprinkles.

 At the end of the story, each child is given a bear and a book of their own to read to at home.

Registration required. Space is limited!

Children under 8

No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.
