Join Ashley Covelli of Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen to make an easy version of a Tex-Mex favorite! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we're making colorful sheet pan chicken fajitas. We'll serve them in a bowl over cilantro lime rice alongside your favorite accompaniments.

Registration is required to receive printable recipe cards and list of cookware/tools.

Done in collaboration with the Irvington, Ruth Keeler Memorial, and Harrison Libraries.
