Black Orpheus

Brazilian lovers Orfeu and Eurydice run through the favelas of Rio during Carnaval, from a man dressed like Death and Orfeu's vengeful rejected fiancée Mira. This retelling of the Greek legend introduced Bossa Nova Music and  Samba Dancing to the world. The film was an international success with its soundtrack.
