Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Did you know that New York City has ten National Park sites? Well, they do! And we're very excited to celebrate LGBTQIA+ history with a Park Ranger from Stonewall National Monument. Bring your questions about the Stonewall Uprising, Stonewall Inn, and the beginning of the modern LGBTQIA+ rights movement. This event will take place on Zoom, and registration is required.
