Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Join Ashley Covelli of Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen to make 2 delicious dishes that are perfect for your holiday table. We’ll be making a massaged kale salad with pepitas, pine nuts, and dried cranberries along with a batch of her Italian in-laws’ delicious baked stuffed mushrooms. Cook along at home or watch along! Recipes will be sent via email ahead of time to registered patrons.
