Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

Get your garden clogs and aprons on because we’re getting muddy in the raised bed. As part of our winterizing plans, we will discuss what veggies, herbs, and flowers we grew at Crestwood Library raised garden bed. We will be collecting whatever seeds are left, sharing recipes, and preparing the garden for winter by planting cover crops.
