Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Your child can participate in a special dental health program presented by a Registered Dental Hygienist. As part of this program, this hygienist will read “Who Visits Me from A to Z”. This book teaches children the importance of brushing and caring for their teeth. The children will also see a demonstration of brushing, sing songs and receive a goody bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste and activity sheets.
