Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

It's a bilingual celebration! Ms. Marilyn (of our Música with Ms. Marilyn program) is visiting with her friends for a special concert to close out Hispanic Heritage Month. Join us as we celebrate the language and sounds of Latin America in this afternoon of fun.

Yonkers Public Library is proud to be a grantee of ArtsWestchester with funding made possible by Westchester County government with the support of County Executive George Latimer and the Board of Legislators.

No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.
