Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Join the Hudson Valley Ghostbusters and NYC Ghostbusters for a slime-making STEM activity that’s fun and educational. Arrive early for sign-ups as they are first come first serve. Meet the teams, learn some science, and support local charities. Who you gonna call?
