Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

This month we will be harvesting a few herbs and some flowers growing around Crestwood Library garden areas. We'll talk about maintaining our yards and gardens in environmentally friendly ways. Join us outside for this special Green Thumb Gardening.
