Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Hanuukah is just around the corner! To celebrate, we're screening the classic Rugrats Hanukkah episode while we enjoy some gelt (holiday chocolate coins). In it, Tommy Pickles' maternal grandparents teach him the tale of Hanukkah on the page and on the stage as he celebrates the holiday with his friends for the first time.
