Being prepared for the unexpected is an investment in your well being. We never know what the future may bring. Whether it is an unexpected illness, loss of income, supply chain and distribution issues, severe weather, a natural disaster or anything else, it is important to have food, water and basic supplies available. Join us to learn how to safely store food and supplies, what to store, how to find storage space and manage your supplies.

Presented by Janice Imbrogno a home economist, educator, and presenter specializing in natural living and needle crafts. She was a family and consumer sciences teacher for 35 years. She now works with individuals and families, teaching them to use healthier and more natural products in the home.

Done in collaboration with the Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Tuckahoe, and Field libraries.

Please Note This a Hybrid Program Presented VIA ZOOM: You can watch at home using your own device or come to the library for a public viewing.
