Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Thomas Paine is the father of the modern democratic movement, the father of the freethought movement, and the father of the American revolution. Gary Berton will talk about his significance in history and he will provide a synopsis of his works.
