Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Come celebrate Kwanzaa with the annual book giveaway sponsored by Mayor Mike Spano’s African American Advisory Board and Yonkers Public Library. Free books and backpacks will be available for children 12 and under, while supplies last. Limit one book and one backpack per child.
