Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Calling all young Jedi! Join the Light Saber Guild at Yonkers Comic Con for an exciting Star Wars Padawan Training session. Kids will learn the basics of lightsaber combat, teamwork, and the ways of the Force from skilled Jedi Masters. Perfect for aspiring heroes ages 6 and up.
