Learn how to identify and remove common invasive plants, aka "garden bullies", found in our local area. You will also hear about spotted lanternflies, the latest scourge to hit Westchester, and what you can do to address this new threat.

Presented by Bob Del Torto, Healthy Yards New Rochelle. Bob is the former Coordinator of Volunteer Activities for the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.

In retirement, he became a Master Gardener Volunteer with Cornell Cooperative Extension in Westchester. He currently serves as President of the Bronx River Parkway Reservation Conservancy where he leads their "vinecutter.com" program removing invasive vines and saving trees on the Bronx River.
