Event Details
The functional strength workshop will consist of everyday activities that help to build and maintain strength, such as moving from sitting to standing and stepping up one step. The students will discuss good form for exercise and how to incorporate more movement into your daily life.
This program is a partnership with Mercy University, the Yonkers NNORC, WJCS, and the Yonkers Public Library.
