Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Meet the dynamic Darrian Bennett, a social media influencer and former visual artist with Rehabilitation Through the Arts. Darrian uses his experience as a formerly incarcerated individual to teach youth when he speaks at schools and other venues to help people learn from his mistakes and experiences.
