Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Our repair coaches teach you how to avoid throwing away your products by helping you fix them. We will be offering simple fixes for knit items, clothing, bikes, jewelry, small appliances, computer IT issues, and even Switch controllers (drift issues only).
