Self-care is extremely important. Self-care has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, lower cortisol levels, improve focus, and perhaps most important - increase happiness and joy! What better way to practice self-care than massage? Massage is one of the oldest healing traditions tracing its roots back thousands of years. Studies have proven that self-massage provides many of the benefits that a professional massage does, and you do not need to leave your home. In this workshop we will focus on a type of self-massage based on the Ayurvedic ritual Abhyanga.
