Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Join us for a FREE tour of Sherwood House, Yonkers' oldest existing pre-Revolutionary War tenant farmhouse.  The collections in this 1740 building are a treasure trove of farmhouse artifacts that would have been used to live daily life, including kitchen implements, farm tools, furnishings and more.  Click here for more information.  Please register below.
