Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

Learn about author Washington Irving and other local historical figures on this one-hour walking tour! Comfortable walking shoes are recommended due to the hilly terrain. The tour will be held rain or shine. The meeting point is the SOUTH GATE, located at 430 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow.  Plenty of parking is available.
