Will Library reopened at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

This session will examine the importance of swelling and its health implications. Causes and risk factors of swelling will be introduced. The audience will be educated on the importance of monitoring a swollen extremity. Exercises and strategies to reduce swelling will be covered. Other health resources relating to swelling will be provided.

This program is presented in conjunction with the Yonkers NNORC and the Mercy College Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
