Korean cuisine is more than just food. It also represents the culmination of wisdom and a knowledge of nature. It contains the entirety of Korean culture itself. Watch a live cooking demonstration, then savor a traditional home-cooked Korean meal served on beautiful Bangjja bronzeware. Enjoy a short film celebrating Korean culture, and take home complimentary recipe cards and books on Korean history and culture.

Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) is a 501(c)(3) non - profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture. In appreciation for the United States’ support for Korea during the Korean War and in the years that followed, since 2009, KSCPP has held over 2,600 presentations about the history and culture of Korea throughout the country.
