Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Join Yonkers NNORC  & YPL on a guided tour of Untermyer Gardens, which are regarded as some of the most beautiful and intricate in the world. Come hear about the remarkable architecture of the gardens, where you will gain insight into the cultural and historical significance of Untermyer Park and Gardens. 

Registration is REQUIRED.


Please wear sturdy shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.
