Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

During this interactive program, participants will embark on a guided journey through Ford’s Theatre National Historic Site, including the presidential box and the Petersen House where President Abraham Lincoln drew his last breaths. Using high quality, dynamic photographs, participants will also reflect on artifacts and historic images related to Lincoln and his assassination.
