Take a nostalgic walk through a time when dancing with a partner was a romantic and entertaining dance form.
Famous dance teams performed in night clubs, films, and opened nationwide dance schools, bringing the art and enjoyment of couple dancing to everyone. The presentation discusses the history and behind the scenes stories of such teams as Vernon & Irene Castle, Fred & Adele Astaire, Veloz & Yolanda, Marge & Gower Champion, and Arthur & Kathryn Murray.
Wonderful clips of these couples performing included as well as amusing stories of when performances didn’t always go as planned.
