Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

These master poets will read poetry and then introduce two-three new young poets to read and encourage a safe space for them to explore their craft. Passing the poetry baton to the next generation. Being Mentors and Metaphors leading creativity. There will be a Q & A afterwards.
