Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

The festivities will begin with a certificate presentation in the Yonkers Riverfront Library Atrium, followed by a walk along the River and light refreshments after the walk.  Bring your library card and check out fitness books and materials to inspire you!
