Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress, increase wellness, and bring better focus to help people become more centered and better balanced. 

Ridikkuluz, the artist in residence, will be teaching the techniques for you to create a finished self portrait painting. No previous painting or art experience is necessary. It's all about the fun of creativity.

Come get together twice a month to jam with fellow guitarists and share techniques. Brining your own instrument is required.
