Children under 8
No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.
Parents must stay
Parents/Guardians must stay - this is not a drop-off program.
In-person at the Will Library for ages 0-5. Songs, Nursery Rhymes, finger plays, and stories. No registration.
Join neighborhood seniors to gather together socially for light conversation over coffee and tea.
Computer Class
Yonkers Public Library's technology classes help adults develop confidence in their computer skills and grow comfortable in today's digital world. From learning the basics of how to use a computer to creating spreadsheets in Excel, there is a class for everyone. No prior knowledge of topics is required.
Learn the basics of Powerpoint to create a slide presentation. Registration for this event includes Part I and Part II.
Zev is a children's musician who has been performing original, hip and fun kids music at schools, camps, family events, and private parties for over 10 years.
The Cove has a chalkboard wall, and we want you to help us decorate it!

Join Ed Walsh from Friends of Crestwood Library and Volunteens to play some friendly games of chess.
Beginner, intermediate & advanced players are welcomed to join in some intergenerational fun.
Homework Help from a certified teacher for grades 1-6. No registration. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 4-6PM; Thursdays 4-5:30PM. Only when Yonkers Public Schools are in session.
