The Will library is hosting nature walks with Hudson River Audubon conservation chair, Debbi Dolan. She will lead us on a route near the Will library to help us discover native plants, birds, butterflies, insects, trees and sounds.
Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong consists of gentle stretching exercises that incorporate the mind and the body. It has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress. Led by Jian-Yang Rong.

From learning the basics of how to use a computer to creating spreadsheets in Excel, there is a class for everyone. No prior knowledge of topics is required.
We will deep into exploring how to create more opportunities for a successful career and what resources exist in the art world to do it. We'll also develop an elevator pitch for presenting our work.
