Class or Library Visit Request

Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible. A librarian will contact you shortly to arrange a visit. Some general rules:

Please try to submit a request form at least four weeks in advance of desired visit date.
Trips to the library should have no more than 60 students.
Schools should provide one adult chaperone per ten students.
Visits to the Riverfront Library include visiting Tech Central for 4th grade classes and above.
