Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21
Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison.
YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.
Creative Studio @ Will
The Creative Studio at the Yonkers Grinton I. Will Library is a space outfitted with content creation, legacy capture, and craft equipment. It also includes state-of-the-art podcasting equipment and software. A valid library card from a Westchester County library is required. Users 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the Creative Studio. No more than 4 people in the studio at a given time. For inquiries, email Michael Walsh, mwalsh@ypl.org.
