Join me every Wednesday as I take you through the steps of creating an art journaling practice and how to benefit from it with mixed-media techniques and bookbinding to move beyond obstacles such as perfectionism and self-criticism as you find time and space to create. Every week I'll also be introducing you to new art materials.

A Book From One Page

We will use an assortment of art supplies on a large sheet of paper and then I will demonstrate how to fold and cut this paper into a colorful and exciting book.

You Will Need:

!1 x 14 or larger sheet of good quality paper

Stabili All pencil

Watercolor pencils

Oil pastels

Any other art supplies you would like to use.

Lite-weight drawing paper

White construction paper
