Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

It's Hispanic Heritage Month! We're celebrating by watching Vivo (PG) in our Sensory Room.

This screening is part of the Hispanic Onscreen Family Film Series. We're showing movies Hispanic leads every Wednesday throughout the entirety of Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15th through October 15th. Check out the other movies in the series:

  • September 17th, 4 PM - Dora and the Lost City of Gold (PG)
  • September 24th, 11:30 AM - Coco (PG) in English
  • September 24th, 1:45 PM - Coco (PG) en Español
  • October 1st, 4 PM - We Can Be Heroes (PG)

No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.
