Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

Event Details

Join us on the first day of the week to celebrate the life and skills of Amelia Earhart.

Make airplane crafts or coloring sheets about Amelia. Play a board game, build with LEGO or read stories about Amelia Earhart with a friend and log your summer reading.

Children under 8

No person shall leave young children (ages eight and under) unattended anywhere on library premises. Parents or guardians are expected to look after their children while visiting the library with them.

Parents must stay

Parents/Guardians must stay - this is not a drop-off program.
