Please join us for an introduction to mindfulness. Rarely do we make good decisions when we act from a place of fear. Practicing mindfulness through breathing, chair yoga and Yoga Nidra can help to shift into a place of love.

The Will library is hosting nature walks with Hudson River Audubon conservation chair, Debbi Dolan. She will lead us on a route near the Will library to help us discover native plants, birds, butterflies, insects, trees and sounds.

Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong consists of gentle stretching exercises that incorporate the mind and the body. It has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress. Led by Jian-Yang Rong.

America Reads - Students volunteers from Sarah Lawrence College will read with students, ages 5-12 in the Small People's Place. Parents/Guardians must stay with children 5-8 years! This is not a drop-off program.
