You can also sign up in person.  Ask for you reading log at the Reference Desk at your branch, or download a PDF of reading log here.

Summer Reading Rules:

  • Have fun!  Read whatever genres you enjoy.
  • Summer Reading Lists and assignments can be accessed through the READsquared Website.
  • Audiobooks count! If you’re commuting or multi-tasking, you can still listen to books and learn from them. We have over 13,000 free MP3 audiobook titles available for download through our OverDrive service.
  • Children and their guardians are encouraged to each sign up for summer reading together. Lead by example. The books you read to your children, grandchildren and siblings count for both adult and children. Reading to children not only sparks curiosity and imagination, but increases their ability to focus, concentrate and communicate, and builds strong relations between the reader and child. Learn more about creating a lifelong love of reading at 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten page
