Will Library reopens at 9am on Tuesday, April 21

Will Library closed due to an issue with defective electrical equipment. That equipment has since been replaced, passed City of Yonkers electrical inspection, and power has been restored by Con Edison. 

YPL thanks the Mayor's Office, the Department of Engineering, the Department of Buildings and Yonkers Fire Department for their help in resolving this issue. We also thank our patrons for their patience and understanding.

This class is only online via Zoom.
 

Every Monday we will explore Gel Printmaking and a variety of projects.

On Monday, Dec. 4 we'll be printmaking on our gel plate using stencils and stamps.

I'll also be demonstrating how to make your own stamps at home with craft foam, glue and carboard.

Supplies you may need for the workshops:

Gel plate (Gelli or Speedball brand on Amazon)

Brayer

Acrylic paints

Various papers (rice, copy, tracing, or sketch paper)

Distress ink pads or sprays

Collage papers

Glue

Scissors
