Pilates on the Mat is a five months Classical Pilates series which follows the original blueprint created by Joseph Pilates over a century ago.

The Will library is hosting nature walks with Hudson River Audubon conservation chair, Debbi Dolan. She will lead us on a route near the Will library to help us discover native plants, birds, butterflies, insects, trees and sounds.

Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong consists of gentle stretching exercises that incorporate the mind and the body. It has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress. Led by Jian-Yang Rong.
