Are you looking for information about your health or guidance on managing a chronic condition?

Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong consists of gentle stretching exercises that incorporate the mind and the body.  It has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress. Led by Jian-Yang Rong.

Isn't it nice, making things by hand? Come by our Community Room and knit to your heart's content, or avail yourself of our adult coloring books. All levels of knitting skill are welcome, and patterns will be provided.

At Mercy University School of Nursing's Health Equity Influencer Program in the Community (HEIP-C), we believe that health equity starts where people live, work, learn, and gather.

Get one on one tech assistance (up to 15 minutes). First come, first served. Ask us your tech question.
