A Note on Wait Times for new Library Books
In October, Baker & Taylor - a two hundred year old book distributor that was YPL’s (and the nation’s) main provider of books to public libraries - announced that it would cease operations in early 2026.
All YPL locations will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24 & will be closed on Thursday, December 25 in observance of Christmas.
